
If you want people to talk to you,
· You can’t peak into someone’s body to know what they are going through, communication helps to understand better.
· When a person feels low, they will approach a friend to talk to, do identify and listen completely without judging.
· Stop giving pieces of advice without listening and without understanding the root cause.
· Talk to them more to understand the problem, make them realize that you always pay attention and you are always there to listen to them.
· Listen and talk only about the problem which they are sharing, do not bring out the topics which they have faced earlier, which may make that person’s situation even worst.
· Let them cry in front of you, do not stop or make fun.
· Do not make faces when they try to talk about anything which may not sound serious to you.
· Do not get angry when that person doesn’t listen to your advice.
· Only ask when they are ready to share, do not force them to talk, or do not create a situation to make them talk when you already know that person is going through something. Give them the right time.
· Do not complain that why they choose only some particular folks to talk to.
· Do not blame them for what they did, do not show them down making them realize their mistakes, do not make fun of the situation because it’s their time to talk.
· Help them you can till they come out of it, check on them regularly and take them out to divert them.
It’s tough to find the above-mentioned people, then what to do?
· Talk to people who are elder to you, explain to them everything you are going through. There are chances that even they might have faced the same and they will give the right advice.
· Identify right people to talk to, do not hesitate to talk.
· Try to identify your interest, passion, and purpose in your life.
· Leave those people who are trying to disturb your inner peace, give them all the reasons before you leave.
· Do not dig your past when you’ve left them for a strong reason.
· Indulge yourself in various activities and try to explore more.
· Keep a check on your health, eat what your body likes, and try to stay fit.
· Life is easy when you identify yourself, try to find out the root cause and resolve them.
· Ask for help and ask for advice when you are lost. Consider the advice which you think will help you.
· Try to help others who are in need. They sometimes make you understand the value of life.
