How do you have fun if you are living with your family? might be difficult right? was a question asked by a stranger once, which lead to a series of questions in my mind, so let me shoot those questions here, I promise they are pretty interesting…

What is your perspective of having fun? Is it hanging out with friends? Clubbing? long drives? Chilling out somewhere far under the skies with less pollution? Showing up for concerts? Movies? Live music and drinks? Just going out for fun?

Also, like what really made you think that I don’t have fun? We don’t even know each other and why do you assume that living with a family will be an obstruction to having fun? Etc

I left that question unanswered, because I can explain it for an hour but don’t want to!

There is one more too!

Long drives are night drives only, how can you enjoy morning rides?

Wanna know what my thoughts were again? Haha!

Here you go!

Then why does the Sun rise? have you ever heard of morning rides just to see the Sun rise? What do you see in the dark and night rides are fun with loud music in car or may be calmness around, only if you are outside the city. Okay I understand your love for night rides but why do you assume that morning rides are no fun? Have you experienced it before, or do you have any reasons for that statement? How did you come to that conclusion? I want to know your perspective of enjoying the night ride…

But, it was a conclusion and that was the end of the conversation. But my questions were still unanswered.

We all know that

Asking questions, listening to the responses, trying to understand and two-way conversations! Yes, this process still exists.

I read in a book recently that we have two ears and one mouth, so efficiency of work done by two is more than one, right? So why don’t we try to listen more!

It’s a good reminder!

Assumptions are a great way to turn down the conversations, so never do that if you wanna try to keep the conversation alive!

Also according to my observations, assumptions are limitations of one’s thought process, our thought process ends when you assume instead of exploring more, there is always more to learn and explore, right?

I will leave this article here to make you think more of such conversations and rewire the thoughts accordingly!!!
