Wake up at 5AM, 6AM or at least 7AM.

Nah! I’m not going to say that. Don’t judge the title please 🙂 But I’m going to ask if you had your food peacefully on time without multitasking? Have you done anything peacefully which can make you feel better throughout the day?

Yes! most of the time! is what we want to hear from within. But it kind of troubles when it is — sometimes or maybe, or do you know how hectic my schedule is or do you know the environment I live in, I have too many things to do, I must take care of my babies, I have done my assignments late night, I have worked a lot and not in a mood for all these. I’m not a morning person. My timings are different than others. I feel lazy, etc etc…

These are a few things which we often say or hear. Consider these as genuine reasons but till how long? Until we make these reasons as excuses to skip on the healthy lifestyle?

We all want to be energetic, happy, healthy, wealthy, do the things which we love to do, spend time with loved ones and spread some laughter around!

Agree or not, we crave a great lifestyle most of the time.

We always start with basics for anything, no one is a born expert, right? And no one knows better about our daily routine than ourselves. Focusing on basics like healthy eating, good sleep and regular exercise most days can bring in the desired lifestyle. We can always improvise on the basics!

Routine is boring only when the routine is not what you don’t like it.

Customize the routine and prioritize seeing the best versions of ourselves. Also, to improve our productivity to perform at our satisfactory levels in any task we do, and to prepare ourselves to dive into the day. Sounds great right!

So, think whether you have reasons or excuses…and

Can we skip the excuses? instead of the great things which we can do.
